The Beaumont Heritage Society invites homebuyers, preservation enthusiasts, and community members to attend Lunch & Learn: Selling History, a free educational class focused on the Oaks Historic District in Beaumont, Texas.

This engaging session will provide attendees with valuable insight into the history, character, and opportunities within one of Beaumont’s most recognizable historic neighborhoods. Participants will also gain practical information about buying and preserving historic homes.

The event will be held at the McFaddin Ward House Museum Visitor Center (1906 Calder) on Tuesday, July 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free but registration is required. Visit beaumontheritage.org to sign up.
